With over 25 years of experience in healthcare consulting and business development, Shannon advises major health systems on strategic, financial, organizational and operational issues. She has unique experience working with both academic medical centers and children’s health systems, with a particular focus on clinical strategy and service line strategic planning.
Before joining Manatt, Shannon directed strategic consulting projects and managed consulting teams for a major healthcare consulting firm. Her development efforts included forming a strategic plan for a large academic health system with over 12 work streams, as well as advising multiple children’s hospitals on network integration and organizational transformation.
Shannon has also managed operations for a 42-provider physician practice at a large academic medical center, overseeing business development and transformational change, including clinical integration and improving patient access.
