IOC Charter Requires It to Rectify Rio Aquatic Site Health Hazards

The health hazards at the aquatic sites in Rio are well publicized, but the IOC has done nothing effective to remedy the situation. However, the IOC's own Charter requires it to take immediate action or not to permit the athletes to be exposed to these serious health hazards.
