With the support of Manatt, New York City has launched a webpage with federal updates for health and human service providers. The online resource center supports hospitals, long-term care providers, behavioral health providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers and human service organizations in their response to COVID-19 by providing specific guidance on emerging federal developments, funding and related operational issues. Resources include:
- Federal funding checklists highlighting key considerations for obtaining and managing federal funding relief tailored to different provider types
- Summaries of federal and state regulatory flexibilities that providers can utilize during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on workforce, telehealth and sites of care, and administrative activities, as well as revenue cycle implications and billing guidance
- FAQs and operation guidance, such as overviews of temporary telehealth coverage and reimbursement flexibilities for healthcare providers
Manatt will continue to post new materials to the online resource center as they become available.
