Manatt’s CEO and Managing Partner Donna L. Wilson discussed how Manatt is poised to serve both the disruptors and the disrupted, and the firm’s evolution to a fully integrated professional services firm with The American Lawyer for its Leading Questions Q&A series.
In this feature, Wilson highlighted Manatt’s evolution to a professional services firm in response to a changing market, saying, “our clients appreciate that we provide both legal and strategic business advice, with professionals working together across practice areas to better counsel clients on the changes and disruptions they are experiencing in today’s new economy.”
When asked about the firm’s growth strategy for the next 12 months, Wilson noted that the firm does not “believe in growth for growth’s sake,” but rather pursues a curated approach to growth. “We are excited to continue executing our strategy of pinpoint growth and further strengthening our legal, business advisory and consulting capabilities across our core industry sectors,” Wilson added.
