A Texas federal judge’s recent ruling that the Affordable Care Act was unconstitutional sparked a great deal of uncertainty for the health program. The news outlet examined the potential impacts on health insurers and the likelihood of whether the program will indeed be overturned.
Voicing his thoughts on the ruling, Ario said, “The decision is highly likely to be reversed on appeal.”
