Manatt Health Director Kevin McAvey will speak at a session titled, “State APCDs: Engines of Market Transparency and Insight,” at the 2023 Civitas Annual Conference to be held in Baltimore, Maryland on August 21, 2023.

During this session, McAvey will build on the release of a recent Robert Wood Johnson Foundation paper, sharing information about the design and value of All-Payer Claims Databases and discussing the need for greater cross-state coordination to strengthen our nation's health system data and analytic infrastructure.
