Their presentation, titled “Privacy and Data Security Issues Facing Retailers: ‘Spear Phishing,’ Ransomware and Cyber Insurance,” will discuss some of the most significant privacy, data security and related employment risks facing retailers today. The conference will take place October 25-27 at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia and will bring together expert speakers to address critical industry issues facing retail lawyers.
