C. Matthew Allen is a Managing Director of Milestone Advisors LLC and leads the Bank and Thrift Group. Mr. Allen's responsibilities include the origination, structuring, and negotiation of merger and acquisition transactions, valuation of financial institutions, and identification and implementation of strategic alternatives for banks, thrifts and specialty finance companies. Matt is also responsible for structuring asset and liability sales, branch acquisitions and divestitures, and offerings of all types of equity and debt securities.

Todd Batchelor, CPA; Business Assurance Senior Manager, Financial Institutions Group, Moss Adams LLP
Mr. Batchelor has more than 17 years of accounting and finance experience primarily serving financial institutions and SEC reporting companies. He was a lead senior manager in the Carolinas at one of the "Big 4" firms for several years, and is now a lead senior manager within the Southern California Financial Institutions Practice. Mr. Batchelor has served financial institutions ranging in asset size from $100 million in total assets to over $30 billion in total assets.

Joshua A. Dean, Partner, Financial Services & Banking, Manatt

At MARC, Mr. Jackson is responsible for strategic direction and management and business development activities. He is the former CEO and Founder of IndyMac Commercial Lending Corporation, which he developed, launched, and grew into a leading nationwide small balance commercial and multifamily lending platform with annualized production of $1 billion. Previously, Mr. Jackson was CEO of IndyMac's Specialty Products Group, including the Home Equity and Home Construction Lending divisions and Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, which he acquired from Lehman Brothers and for which he served as Chairman. Under his leadership, loan production of specialty products exceeded $9 billion annually, contributing more than $170 million in annual net profits.

Mr. Varjavand has more than 24 years of accounting and finance experience, primarily serving financial institutions and SEC reporting companies in California.
