Manatt is proud to have received a perfect score and ranked #1 in the "Firmwide" category in The American Lawyer’s 2021 Summer Associate Survey Rankings, which ranks firms nationally. The firm also received a perfect score and ranked #1 in Los Angeles.
According to The American Lawyer, about 2,900 summer associates among 71 Am Law 200 law firms responded to this year’s survey, answering both multiple choice and open-ended prompts.
Manatt’s 5 out 5 score in the rankings was across several categories, including “interesting work,” “training and guidance” and “inclination to accept full-time associateship.”
In The Recorder, one of the firm's Los Angeles-based summer associates noted that "[Manatt's] work atmosphere is collaborative, supportive and laid back. People are extremely smart, yet humble.
