– Modern Healthcare

Modern Healthcare interviewed Manatt's Joel Ario, a managing director with Manatt Health, for an article on the challenges of replacing Marilyn Tavenner as CMS Administrator.

Industry insiders praised Tavenner's talents in policy and politics.

Ario echoed the praises of Tavenner. Slavitt, he said, "should be confirmable as well if Congress is interested in competence."
