Christopher Nicosia is a seasoned real estate attorney dedicated to representing developers, investors, asset managers, landlords and tenants across the gamut of transactional issues. He works on all aspects of acquisitions, sales and borrower-side financing of commercial real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and loan documents, reviewing titles and surveys, and closings.
On behalf of landlords and tenants, Chris negotiates retail, office, net and ground leases, and lease-related documents. He also prepares condominium and cooperative offering plans, amendments to offering plans, and “no action” letters, and pursues submissions to the Attorney General to completion.
