Thomas Poletti and Katherine Blair, partners in Manatt’s capital markets practice, represented A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sales agent in a $20 million at-the-market offering of Class B Subordinate Voting Shares of FSD Pharma Inc., a Canadian company that trades on Nasdaq and the Canadian Securities Exchange. FSD Pharma, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, is a specialty biotech pharmaceutical R&D company focused on developing over time multiple applications of its lead compound FSD-201, by down-regulating the cytokines to effectuate an anti-inflammatory response.
