Manatt’s Thomas Poletti and Katherine Blair, partners in the firm’s capital markets group, advised A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sole placement agent in a $10 million registered direct offering of Class B Subordinate Voting Shares and warrants for FSD Pharma Inc., a Canadian company that trades on Nasdaq and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
FSD Pharma, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, is a specialty biotech pharmaceutical R&D company focused on developing over time multiple applications of its lead compound FSD-201, by down-regulating the cytokines to effectuate an anti-inflammatory response.
