Manatt Health’s recent report, “Assessing the Regulatory Burden on Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities,” on inpatient psychiatric facility regulations was detailed in a new article in Modern Healthcare.

The practice also looked at data from the 2016 CMS hospital cost report to determine the approximate regulatory costs for facilities across the country.
