This one-day event will discuss the latest developments and issues facing companies in the data security and privacy space.
Donna Wilson, CEO, Managing Partner-Elect and Leader of the privacy and data security practice, is co-chairing the event as well as moderating two panel discussions: “Forensics and Incident Response Post-GDPR and -CCPA” and “California Dreaming, California Nightmare: The CCPA.”
John Trevino, counsel in the privacy and data security practice, will also participate on a panel titled “GDPR Update—Where Do We Stand?” discussing recent guidance on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
