Manatt land use partner David Smith and associate Jennifer Lynch authored an article for the California Land Use Law & Policy Reporter, providing an update on the federal Endangered Species Act following the adoption and proposal of regulatory reforms by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and N.O.A.A. Fisheries. In the article, Smith and Lynch noted that although these reforms have received relatively little attention, they “impact some of the most crucial operative provisions of the Act.”
