Gina Gribow is a manager with Manatt Real Estate Advisors, the firm’s real estate brokerage and advisory services affiliate, and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She advises developers, institutions, individuals, and for-profit and nonprofit corporations with regard to all aspects of the real estate brokerage business, including identifying, listing, purchasing, and leasing properties, as well as representing clients on real estate transactions, land use entitlements, government approvals, and public contracts. Gina also offers community affairs consulting services, particularly in support of clients’ community affairs objectives within the City and County of Los Angeles, which includes creating targeted alliances with key stakeholders and business organizations.
Gina comes to Manatt having previously served as an associate in the firm’s land use and government and regulatory practices. Prior to rejoining the firm, Gina was an associate for an LA-based public affairs/government relations consulting firm, where she provided strategic counsel and external and internal communications advice to technology, transportation, and infrastructure companies within the City and County of Los Angeles.
Gina also previously served as the Northern California acquisition and entitlement manager at one of the largest real estate development companies in the United States, where she managed the creation of the development proposal for the Concord Naval Weapons Station. There, she gained extensive experience researching legal issues on CEQA, conducting market research and analysis for land acquisitions, and in the entitlement and due diligence process for large mixed-use developments. Gina’s strong foundation in real estate compliance stems from her work conducting legal research and investigations related to real estate fraud for the Real Estate Fraud Division of the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.
Gina also has years of legislative experience, having served as a Page for the U.S. House of Representatives, an intern for Senator Dianne Feinstein on Capitol Hill and a Legislative Correspondent for Congresswoman Jackie Speier on Capitol Hill.
