Chris Katsimagles is an employment and labor associate in the firm’s New York office. He represents employers in a variety of employment and labor litigation matters, including discrimination and harassment matters, wage and hour and employee compensation matters, employee mobility and restrictive covenant disputes, and government audits and investigations.
Chris also counsels clients on internal employee relations matters, including lawful hiring, disciplinary and termination practices, and the development of employment policies and trainings.
Before joining Manatt, Chris was a labor and employment associate for a large international law firm, where he similarly represented employers and management in labor and employment litigation and counseling matters.
Chris also served as an assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department, where he defended the city as an employer and represented its law enforcement personnel in federal civil rights claims.
