Arian Zadeh is an associate in Manatt’s renowned entertainment practice group. His practice focuses on advising prominent talent-side and corporate clients on a wide variety of agreements related to media and intellectual property transactions.
Arian’s representation of clients includes the end-to-end negotiation of commercial transactions and drafting of licensing, distribution, vendor, services, endorsement, sponsorship, branding, merchandising, touring, recording, publishing, joint venture, management, and influencer agreements. He also advises clients on rights issues related to digital content distribution and new technologies.
Before joining Manatt, Arian worked for several years as a senior consultant for IBM Global Business Services, where he provided the company’s clients with actionable business solutions for their various issues. He has also served as an international trade analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as a global policy development extern for Facebook. Additionally, Arian has prior experience in the sports industry, having interned for an esteemed NHL sports agent.
